These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of
My Home Pronto, a lead generation platform owned and operated by
Consumers Pronto, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing
or using MyHomePronto.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these
Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of
the Platform.
1. DEFINITIONS

: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the
Platform.

Service Provider
: Independent third-party professionals or businesses that
offer home improvement services through the Platform.

Platform
: The website MyHomePronto.com and any related services
provided by My Home Pronto.

Company
: Consumers Pronto, LLC, the owner and operator of the
Platform.

Lead Generation Service
: The process of connecting Users with Service Providers
based on service requests.

Agreement
: This Terms and Conditions document that governs the use of
the Platform.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
2.1 Nature of Services
My Home Pronto is a lead generation service that connects consumers
seeking home improvement services with independent third-party service
providers ("Service Providers"). The Platform currently focuses on
window installation and replacement services but may expand to other
home improvement categories.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONSENT
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least
18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding
contract, and that all information you provide is truthful, accurate,
and complete. To request a quote, Users must provide a zip code and
may be asked to provide additional details, including but not limited
to the number of windows requiring service, homeownership status (own
or rent), service goals (repair, energy efficiency, or other), full
name, email address, and phone number. By providing your contact
information, you expressly consent to being contacted by My Home
Pronto, its affiliates, and selected Service Providers via phone, SMS,
and email, including through automated dialing or messaging systems.
You acknowledge that providing consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
The Platform is free for Users to request quotes and be connected with
Service Providers. Service Providers pay My Home Pronto to receive
consumer leads. The details of such billing arrangements are
confidential and will not be disclosed to Users.
5. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY
Only the zip code provided by the User will be shared with Service
Providers at the initial stage, and additional details such as name,
email, and phone number will be collected directly by the Service
Providers. My Home Pronto may use User data for remarketing and
promotional purposes, and the Platform does not sell personal data to
unaffiliated third parties without consent. Users acknowledge that, at
this time, there is no option to opt out of marketing and remarketing
communications.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
My Home Pronto makes no representations or warranties regarding the
accuracy, reliability, quality, or availability of services provided
by Service Providers. It does not control pricing, service timelines,
or the terms of agreements between Users and Service Providers. Any
quotes provided are estimates only and may vary based on factors
determined by the Service Provider. To the fullest extent permitted by
law, My Home Pronto and its affiliates are not liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to the
use of the Platform or services rendered by a Service Provider,
including disputes, property damage, financial loss, personal injury,
or unsatisfactory work. The total aggregate liability of My Home
Pronto for any claim related to the use of the Platform shall not
exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these
Terms or use of the Platform shall be exclusively resolved through
binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration
Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Users
waive their right to a trial by jury and participation in any
class-action lawsuit. These Terms are governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to
conflict of law principles. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties,
arbitration hearings shall take place in Las Vegas, Nevada.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Home Pronto,
its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any
and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including
legal fees) arising from their use of the Platform, violation of these
Terms, or engagement with a Service Provider. This includes, but is
not limited to, any disputes, damages, or injuries resulting from
services obtained through the Platform.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
My Home Pronto shall not be liable for any failure or delay in
performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control,
including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters,
governmental actions, power failures, network disruptions, labor
disputes, or any other unforeseen event. Users acknowledge that
service interruptions may occur due to such events, and My Home Pronto
shall not be held responsible for any resulting inconvenience or loss.
10. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
My Home Pronto reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend
or terminate any User’s access to the Platform for any reason,
including but not limited to misuse, fraudulent activity, or
violations of these Terms.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
My Home Pronto reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at
any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after
such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
